WHEREFORE , the appeal is GRANTED . The Decision of the Court of Appeals in CA-G.R. CR-HC No. 00744 dated June 23, 2011 is REVERSED and SET ASIDE . Appellant Myrna Gayoso y Arguelles is hereby ACQUITTED of the charges, her guilt not having been established beyond reasonable doubt. The Superintendent for the Correctional Institute for Women is hereby ORDERED to immediately RELEASE the appellant from custody, unless she is held for another lawful cause. SO ORDERED.
