WHEREFORE, the Court finds Alfonso Bautista alias Poldo Bautista guilty beyond reasonable doubt as principal of the crime of Murder under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code and, pursuant to law, hereby sentences him to sufffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua. Accused is ordered to indemnify the heirs of the deceased in the amount of P50,000.00. Accused is ordered to pay Letecia (sic) Bandarlipe the amount of P35,000.

WHEREFORE, the Court finds Alfonso Bautista alias Poldo Bautista guilty beyond reasonable doubt as principal of the crime of Murder under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code and, pursuant to law, hereby sentences him to sufffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua. Accused is ordered to indemnify the heirs of the deceased in the amount of P50,000.00. Accused is ordered to pay Letecia (sic) Bandarlipe the amount of P35,000.00 representing the money spent during the wake of Cipriano Bandarlipe. SO ORDERED.
