WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of the plaintiffs Sofia Tabuada, Novee Yap, Ma. Loreta Nadal, and Gladys Evidente, and against defendants Eleanor Tabuada, Julieta Trabuco, Laureta Redondo and Spouses Bernan and Eleanor Certeza. The Mortgage of Real Rights dated July 1, 1994 and the Promissory Note dated July 4, 1994, are hereby declared null and void. Defendants are further ordered to pay plaintiffs, jointly and severally, the following: moral damages amounting to Php 50,000.
