WHEREFORE, foregoing premises considered, Joint Judgment is hereby rendered, to wit: I. In Criminal Case No. DU-6186 - a) Finding the herein accused TOMAS TUNDAG guilty beyond reasonable doubt for the crime of rape, said accused is hereby sentenced to the penalty of death; b) To indemnify the offended party Mary Ann Tundag the following amounts: (1) P50,000.00 by reason of the commission of the offense of rape upon her; and (2) Another P50,000.
