WHEREFORE, finding accused Severo Dayuha to be guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape, the Court hereby sentences him to suffer an imprisonment of Reclusion Perpetua. The accused is further ordered to pay the private complainant the amount of Fifty Thousand (50,000.00) pesos as moral damages. SO ORDERED.
