ACCORDINGLY, this Court finds accused Mangi Adam y Lumambas GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of Violation of Section 15, Article 3, Republic Act 6425, as amended, and hereby sentences him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua and to pay a fine of Five Million (P5,000,000.00) Pesos. The 201.190 grams of shabu subject of the offense are hereby ordered confiscated and forfeited in favor of the government to be disposed of in accordance with existing rules and regulations. With costs against the accused. SO ORDERED.
