WHEREFORE , We find Atty. Jaime S. Linsangan LIABLE for violations of his lawyer's oath, Article 1491(5) of the Civil Code, Rule 9.02, Canon 9, and Canon 16 of the Code of Professional Responsibility and he is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for SIX (6) months effective from the date of his receipt of this Decision.

Linsangan LIABLE for violations of his lawyer's oath, Article 1491(5) of the Civil Code, Rule 9.02, Canon 9, and Canon 16 of the Code of Professional Responsibility and he is hereby SUSPENDED from the practice of law for SIX (6) months effective from the date of his receipt of this Decision. Let copies of this Decision be circulated to all courts of the country for their information and guidance, and spread in the personal record of Atty. Linsangan. SO ORDERED.
