Flores of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 7, Tubod, Lanao del Norte, LIABLE for gross ignorance of the law, and SUSPEND him from office without salary and other benefits for three months and one day, with WARNING that similar acts in the future will be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
