TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, premises considered, this Court rules in favor of the [respondents]. The Special Power of Attorney (SPA) and the Deed of Real Estate Mortgage are hereby declared Null and Void. The Land Bank is directed to cease and desist from foreclosing the property and release the title to the plaintiffs free from lien and encumbrance. [PCCCI] and Land Bank are hereby ordered to pay solidarily the [respondents] P50,000.

[PCCCI] and Land Bank are hereby ordered to pay solidarily the [respondents] P50,000.00 as moral damages, and P30,000.00 as attorney's fees. Cost against the defendants. SO ORDERED.
