On appeal, the National Labor Relations Commission (Cebu Branch), in its assailed Decision, affirmed with modification the labor arbiters judgment: [4] "WHEREFORE, in view of all the foregoing, the decision appealed from is MODIFIED by setting aside the award for the money claims of the [private respondents] as contained in the decision and directing the recomputation thereof in accordance with Section 3, Rule XI of the NLRC Rules to determine [the] correct amount to be awarded to the [private respondents].
