WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of plaintiff and against defendants, ordering the latter, jointly and severally, to pay the plaintiff the following: The amount of P368,785.80 with interest at 12% per annum compounded monthly from May 5, 1982 until the same is fully paid; The amount of P22,501.60 with interest at 12% per annum compounded monthly from December 7, 1977 until the same is fully paid; P5,000.00 as attorney's fees; The costs of suit.
