WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is rendered finding accused Angelino Yanson GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of murder defined and penalized under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code. Said accused is hereby sentenced to suffer a penalty of Reclusion Perpetua, plus all accessory penalties attached thereto. Accused Angelino Yanson is also directed to pay the heirs of Carlito Magan the amount of One Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty (P133,650.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is rendered finding accused Angelino Yanson GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of murder defined and penalized under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code. Said accused is hereby sentenced to suffer a penalty of Reclusion Perpetua, plus all accessory penalties attached thereto. Accused Angelino Yanson is also directed to pay the heirs of Carlito Magan the amount of One Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Six Hundred Fifty (P133,650.00) Pesos, broken down as follows: P 13,650.00 - as actual expenses; 50,000.00 - as indemnity for the death of Carlito Magan; 50,000.00 - as moral damages; and 20,000.00 - as attorney's fees. Rolando Salcedo is ACQUITTED of the crime charged for failure of the prosecution to prove his guilt beyond reasonable doubt. The bailbonds posted by the two (2) accused are ordered cancelled. Accused Angelino Yanson is ordered arrested. Cost against the accused. SO ORDERED.
