Accordingly, the trial court disposed as follows: WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered, in favor of petitioners, and against the respondents, as follows: (1) Declaring as null and void the extrajudicial foreclosure and sale conducted by respondent Provincial Sheriff of Quezon; (2) Declaring as null and void all transactions/proceedings held subsequent thereto such as the execution of the final deed of sale and issuance of title to and in the name of respondent Bank; (3) Ordering the respondent Register of Deeds of Quezon to re-issue a new Transfer Certificate of Title to and in the name of petitioners in lieu of the former titles which had been deemed cancelled by virtue of the issuance of the titles which had been deemed cancelled by virtue of the issuance of the titles which had been issued in favor of respondent Corporation; and (4) Ordering all respondents, jointly and severally, to pay unto herein petitioners, the sum of P15,000, for attorneys fees and litigation expenses of P10,000.
