WHEREFORE , in view of the foregoing, judgment is hereby rendered finding accused ARSENIO MANAGUELOD�y�Tandayu GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of violating Batas Pambansa Blg. 6 in relation to R.A. 7166 and the Omnibus Election Code as amended and sentences him to suffer the penalty of [o]ne (1) year and four (4) months as minimum to [t]hree (3) years, eight (8) months and one (1) (sic) as maximum.
