WHEREFORE, premises considered, this Court finds the accused guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime charged, to suffer imprisonment as follows: In Criminal Case No. 12281, the accused Sa[j]iron Lajim and Maron Lajim are hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua or forty (years) and each of the accused are ordered to indemnify the complainant AAA the same amount of P50,000.00 as and for civil indemnity; In Criminal Case No.
