WHEREFORE, in view of all the foregoing, Judgment is hereby rendered: Dismissing Complainant's charge of illegal dismissal for lack of merit; and Ordering the respondent Bank to pay Complainant the sum of P679,729.58 as financial assistance. All other claims and counterclaims are denied for lack of legal and factual basis. SO ORDERED.
