WHEREFORE , the Court renders judgment finding accused Marivic [Saldivar y Regatcho] GUILTY of the crime of violation of Section 6 paragraph (a) of Republic Act No. 9208, as amended. The Court sentences her to suffer the penalty of life imprisonment and to pay a fine of [PHP] 2,000,000.00.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
