WHEREFORE , respondent Atty. Renato L. Gonzales is PERMANENTLY BARRED from being commissioned as Notary Public. He is furthermore SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of two (2) years, effective upon receipt of a copy of this Decision. Let copies of this Decision be furnished all the courts of the land, through the Office of the Court Administrator, as well as the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, and let the Office of the Bar Confidant be notified of this Decision which is hereby ordered duly recorded in the personal files of the respondent. SO ORDERED.
