WHEREFORE, the Court finds accused RANDY P. MAGBANUA alias "BOYUNG" and WILSON P. MAGBANUA guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the offense of Violation of Section 8, Article III [4] of Republic Act No. 6425, as amended, and hereby sentences each of them to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua , to pay a fine of Five Hundred Thousand pesos (P500,000.
