WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered ordering the defendants (including herein private respondent), their heirs and successors-in-interest: To vacate the premises covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-85541 situated in Eroreco Subdivision, Bacolod City; To pay plaintiff (herein petitioner) actual damages in the amount of P500.00 monthly computed from November 27, 1997 until the lot is actually vacated; To pay plaintiff the sum of P3,000.00 as attorney’s fees and the amount of cost.
