WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Court hereby orders the registration of the title of herein petitioners-applicants over the parcel of land, located at Ibayo, Napindan, Taguig City, known as Lot 3226, MCadm. 590-D under AS-00-000233, with an area of TWELVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX (12,776) SQUARE METERS. After the finality of this Decision and payment of the corresponding taxes and fees on the subject lot, let an order for the issuance of a decree issue. SO ORDERED.
