Ruling

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, JUDGMENT is hereby rendered finding the accused Domingo Operario y Gorimo guilty beyond reasonable doubt of the crime of rape defined and penalized under Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by R.A. 7659 and the Court hereby sentences him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua and to indemnify the private complainant, AAA, the amount of P50,000.00 as civil indemnity and moral damages in the amount of P30,000.00. SO ORDERED.
