WHEREFORE , the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator is APPROVED . Respondents Sherwin M. Baloloy, Process Server, and Lorna M. Ramores, Utility Worker, both of the Regional Trial Court, Office of the Clerk of Court, Caloocan City are hereby REPRIMANDED for their acts that compromised the public’s trust in the justice system.
WHEREFORE , the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator is APPROVED . Respondents Sherwin M. Baloloy, Process Server, and Lorna M. Ramores, Utility Worker, both of the Regional Trial Court, Office of the Clerk of Court, Caloocan City are hereby REPRIMANDED for their acts that compromised the publics trust in the justice system. They are STERNLY WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar acts shall be dealt with more severely. SO ORDERED.
