Ruling

WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby RENDERED in favor of [LBP] and against [petitioners] ordering the latter to jointly and severally pay the former the following: (a) The principal obligation in the amount of [P]166,853,078.57 plus interest thereon at the rate of 6% per annum from 7 October 1998 until the same are fully paid; (b) The amount of [P]100,000.00 as and by way of attorney's fees; and (c) Cost of suit. The compulsory counterclaims of [petitioners] are DENIED for lack of merit. Furnish copies of this Decision to the parties and their respective [counsel]. SO ORDERED.
