CASE Nos. 0348-0356, finding petitioner guilty beyond reasonable doubt of nine (9) counts of violation of Section 3(e) of Republic Act No. 3019, are REVERSED and SET ASIDE . Consequently, petitioner is ACQUITTED of the crime charged. SO ORDERED.
