TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE , the Court hereby MODIFIES the decision of the trial court and finds the accused-appellant Agapito Flores y Velista guilty beyond reasonable doubt of rape under Article 335 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by R.A. 7659, and to suffer the penalty of RECLUSION PERPETUA with accessory penalties of the law, to indemnify the offended party Ma. Cristina Flores the amount of P50,000.

Cristina Flores the amount of P50,000.000 plus another P50,000.00 as moral damages, and to pay the costs. SO ORDERED.
