WHEREFORE, premises considered, the instant petition is GRANTED. Accordingly, the August 14, 2014 Order of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 149, Makati City dismissing Civil Case Nos. 01-974 & 01-855 is hereby REVERSED and SET ASIDE. As such, the court a quo is directed to REINSTATE Civil Case Nos.
