WHEREFORE , this Court finds accused GERONIMO LABOSTA Y REANZARES GUILTY BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT of the crime of Homicide and hereby sentenced to an indeterminate penalty ranging from three (3) years, four (4) months and one (1) day of [ prision correccional ] as minimum and eight (8) years and one (1) day of [ prision mayor ] as maximum, and to pay the heirs of Maximo Saludes the amount of Fifty Thousand (P50,000.00) Pesos as civil indemnity and Fifty Thousand (P50,000.
