Ruling

WHEREFORE , based on the foregoing, Arty. Emmanuel E. Laforteza's notarial commission, if there is any, is REVOKED , and he is DISQUALIFIED from being commissioned as a notary public for a period of one (1) year. He is likewise STERNLY WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar acts will be dealt with more severely. Let copies of this Decision be furnished the Office of the Bar Confidant, to be appended to Atty. Laforteza's personal record. Further, let copies of this Resolution be furnished the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Office of the Court Administrator, which is directed to circulate them to all the courts in the country for their information and guidance. SO ORDERED.
