WHEREFORE, in the light of the foregoing, the Decision promulgated on July 31, 2002 is hereby MODIFIED to reflect, as it hereby reflects, that accused-appellant is sentenced to an indeterminate penalty of two (2) years, four (4) months and one (1) day of prision correccional , as minimum, to ten (10) years of prision mayor as maximum. Said Decision is AFFIRMED in all other respects. SO ORDERED.
