WHEREFORE, the guilt of the accused having been proved beyond reasonable doubt as charged in the Information, without any aggravating or qualifying circumstance, the accused is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua , to indemnify the private offended party in the amount of P50,000.00 and to pay P50,000.00 as moral damages. SO ORDERED.
