CIII, Quezon City in Civil Case No. Q-91-10071 is hereby declared void, non-binding and inapplicable in so far as petitioner's TCT No. 122944 is concerned. Let a copy hereof be furnished the Register of Deeds of Quezon City for the proper annotation. No pronouncement as to costs. SO ORDERED.
