WHEREFORE, upon the merit of this case, this court finds for the plaintiff and against the defendant by: Ordering the defendant and all those acting in his behalf to vacate Lot No. 140, Pls-19, located at Lower Bañas, Lantawan, Basilan and surrender the possession and ownership thereof to plaintiff; Ordering the defendant to pay the plaintiff the amount of Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15,000.00) as attorney's fees and another Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.
