WHEREFORE, the Court finds accused Estanly Octa y Bas guilty beyond reasonable doubt for the felony charge [sic] and pursuant to law, he is hereby sentenced to suffer maximum prison term of reclusion perpetua and to pay the private aggrieved party of the following: The amount of P538,000.00 as actual and compensatory damages; The amount of P100,000.00 as moral damages; and The amount of P50,000.00 as exemplary damages and cost.
