To pay plaintiffs exemplary damages of P100,000.00; and 4. To pay attorneys fees in an amount equivalent to 25% of the total amount of damages herein awarded; 5. To pay litigation expenses of P10,000.00; plus 6. Costs of the suit. SO ORDERED.
