TL;DR — Ruling

WHEREFORE, the decision appealed from is hereby REVERSED. The respondent Spectrum Security Services, Inc. is hereby ordered to REINSTATE the complainants, and to pay them FULL BACKWAGES from the dates they were relieved from their last posts up to the dates of their actual reinstatement. In addition, the said respondent is ordered to pay them ten (10%) percent of the total monetary award as attorney's fees.

WHEREFORE, the decision appealed from is hereby REVERSED. The respondent Spectrum Security Services, Inc. is hereby ordered to REINSTATE the complainants, and to pay them FULL BACKWAGES from the dates they were relieved from their last posts up to the dates of their actual reinstatement. In addition, the said respondent is ordered to pay them ten (10%) percent of the total monetary award as attorney's fees. For lack of employer-employee relationship, Ibiden Philippines, Inc. is hereby dropped as party-respondent herein. SO ORDERED.
