WHEREFORE, the Court finds respondent Atty. Antonio N. De Los Reyes GUILTY of gross immoral conduct and violation of Rule 1.01, Canon 1, and Rule 7.03, Canon 7 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, and is hereby DISBARRED from the practice of law. Let a copy of this Decision be made part of the records of respondent Atty. De Los Reyes in the Office of the Bar Confidant, and his name is ORDERED STRICKEN from the Roll of Attorneys. Likewise, let copies of this Decision be furnished the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and the Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to all courts in the country. SO ORDERED.
