TL;DR — Ruling
WHEREFORE , in the light of the foregoing considerations, the court finds the accused RUBEN CORPUZ y SIMON, GUILTY beyond reasonable doubt of each of the six (6) offenses of Rape charged against him and thereby sentences said accused to suffer the supreme penalty of death for each of the offenses charged. The accused is further ordered to pay the victim the amount of SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P75,000.00) for moral damages and FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P50,000.

SO ORDERED.
