WHEREFORE, in the light of the foregoing, the defendant is hereby ordered to pay plaintiff the loaned amount of P 200,000 plus the interest of 12% per annum from September 3, 2004, the date the defendant received the demand letter from the plaintiff, dated August 2004, until the finality of the decision and the satisfaction of the amount due. She is also ordered to pay the plaintiff the amount of P 50,000 as nominal damages and P 30,000 as attorney's fees.
