BAROT , Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Branch 2, Aparri-Calayan, Cagayan is found LIABLE for violation of Rule 5.06, Canon 5 of the Code of Judicial Conduct. He is hereby ORDERED to pay, as recommended by OCA, a FINE of P3,000.00, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar offense shall be dealt with more severely. The charge for GRAVE MISCONDUCT is DISMISSED for lack of merit. SO ORDERED.
