The complaint of respondent for constructive illegal dismissal in NLRC-NCR North Sector Case No. 00-10-12481-03 is REI NSTATED . Labor Arbiter Antonio A. Cea is thus ordered to DECIDE the said case without further delay. SO ORDERED.
