WHEREFORE, premises considered, judgment is hereby rendered finding respondent guilty of illegal dismissal. Consequently, respondent is ordered liable: To pay the complainant the amount of P363,293.55, representing his backwages, computed only up to the promulgation of this decision; To pay the complainant the amount of P53,300.00, representing his separation pay; To pay complainant the amount of P11,890.
