WHEREFORE, this Court finds accused Cristy Dimaano y Tipdas guilty beyond reasonable doubt of violation of Section 5, in relation to Section 26 of Republic Act 9165, she is hereby sentenced to Life Imprisonment and a fine of five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500,000.00). The methamphetamine hydrochloride recovered from the accused is considered confiscated in favor of the government and to be turned-over to the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency. SO ORDERED.
