WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of plaintiffs and against the defendant Development Bank of the Philippines as follows: 1. Condemning the defendant DBP to pay the plaintiffs P201,138.28 less whatever amount the plaintiffs still have to pay the said defendant DBP as balance of their loan account reckoned up to the date of this decision; P20,000.00 as attorney’s fees; P5,000.
