WHEREFORE, premises considered, the court hereby renders judgment in favor of defendant Anita Agra Caranto and against plaintiff Rodolfo Caranto, ordering said plaintiff – 1) to pay the amount of Php20,000.00 as exemplary damages; 2) to pay the amount of Php20,000.00 as attorney's fees; 3) to pay the amount of Php10,000.00 as litigation expenses and cost of suit.
