WHEREFORE, judgment is rendered: Declaring the [Salcedos] as the owners pro indiviso of the entire lot no. 1188 Cad. 392-D covered by the Original Certificate of Title No. 5930 in the name of Catalina Adalim and, as such, entitled to recover the possession of any portion thereof occupied or possessed by the [Picos] or anyone acting for and in behalf; Ordering the [Picos] to vacate and turn over peacefully to the [Salcedos] the possession of their occupied portion of Lot No.
