WHEREFORE, finding accused Exequiel Mahinay Guilty beyond reasonable doubt as charged, he is hereby sentenced to suffer the penalty of Reclusion Perpetua with the accessory penalties prescribed by the law and to pay the costs. He is likewise ordered to indemnify the child victim the amount of P50,000.00 plus P50,000.00 moral damages.
