WHEREFORE , the Decision of the court a quo finding accused-appellant LITO SORIANO Y SAGUCIO alias "Loreto Soriano y Sagucio" GUILTY of RAPE and sentencing him to suffer the penalty of reclusion perpetua with all the accessory penalties provided by law, to pay Hilda Acio moral damages in the amount of P50,000.00 and to pay the costs, is AFFIRMED . SO ORDERED.
