Accordingly, the Decision dated June 24, 2015 of the Metropolitan Trial Court, Branch 37, Quezon City, finding accused-appellant GUILTY of the crime of acts of lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code is AFFIRMED with Modification that he is sentenced to suffer an indeterminate penalty of imprisonment of six (6) months of arresto mayor as minimum to four (4) years and two (2) months of prision correccional as maximum, and to pay the victim the amount of Php20,000.00 as moral damages. SO ORDERED.
