Ruling

WHEREFORE , the Court finds respondent Atty. Alejandro D. Fajardo, Jr. GUILTY of violating the Lawyer's Oath, Canon 18 and Rule 18.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility and is hereby ADMONISHED to be circumspect in his future dealings and treatment of clients. He is likewise STERNLY WARNED that a repetition of the same or similar acts will be dealt with more severely. Let a copy of this Decision be furnished the Office of the Bar Confidant to be appended to the personal record of respondent Atty. Alejandro D. Fajardo, Jr. and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines for their information and guidance. SO ORDERED.
